Jackie- Owner/ Business Manager

Jackie took over form Carol in September 2014, having worked as a childminder from 18 years. Jackie’s main role is to deal with the background running of Woodentops, including the Famly App, the fees, wages for staff and the accounts. Jackie works closely with Social Services when the need arises. Jackie is currently studying the EYPDP. She also wants Woodentops to be a happy, safe and secure environment for all that attend the setting.

Karen- Manager

Karen has worked in Early Years for 30 years in a variety of settings. Karen’s role is to manage staff including supervisions and peer observations. She is also the Audit lady and ensures a smooth and safe running of Woodentops.

Sue H- Sendco Manager

Sue has worked in early Years for 18 years mainly at Woodentops Preschool. Previous to Early years, Sue worked as a Personal Assistant. Sue’s role is work closely with Social Services, the SEND Early Years Team at Central Beds and other professionals that we may need advice and support from.

Maria joined Woodentops in 2019, having worked in early years for over 19 years. Maria has kept up to date doing online courses including the EYPDP in 2022. Maria works alongside Karen in the garden with our garden projects.
